I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri, with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in working with kids, families, adults and postpartum depression.

I’ve spent the past 13 years working professionally as a Family Therapist in Private Practice and Community Mental Health settings.

Much of my work has centered around children or adolescents that have experienced trauma or family crisis.

I’m a Provisionally Licensed Counselor (PLPC) in the state of Missouri, under the Supervision of Ben Wall, MA, LPC #20015026369. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health.

For the past three years, I have specialized in working with adolescents, adults, couples and addictions counseling in the Community Mental Health setting.

 

Who We Work With

KIDS AND FAMILIES:

  • Focusing on helping both kids and parents improve their communication, emotional regulation, conflict resolution and coping skills.

  • Coaching parents in developing the skills necessary to address chronic behavior problems with their children.

  • Guiding parents in learning effective ways to support their children’s mental health, create a nurturing family atmosphere and promote an emotionally healthy lifestyle.

TEENS, ADULTS, AND COUPLES:

  • Assisting teens and adults as they work through crisis situations or experience big life changes.

  • Working to support individuals as they use new coping skills to address anxiety, depression, eating disorders, postpartum adjustments, grief and trauma/PTSD, and addictions.

  • Helping couples to improve their communication and problem solving skills.

  • Developing goals and a practical vision for how you want your life to look and feel.

The backyard area is a great place for kids to play during a session.
